50 SHADES OF SLAY CRAZE BOUTIQUE is a custom order boutique. Most of our designs are actually made by either Tab or Steph. However, we do purchase some designs, screen prints, etc. from other small business’s and try to give shout out where it’s due! After all, we’re all in this together! :)
•90% of what we do is custom designed and made to order. However, we do offer a selection of pre-made, ready to purchase items.
•Please note that bleached and tie dyed products do not come out the exact same as items pictured, as this is just not possible.
•We take great pride in our work, you can rest assured that if we notice a single flaw in a finished product, that item goes straight to the clearance/oopsie album.
• We strive to have orders out within one week after your payment is received, but there are times this is just not possible. If we personally cannot meet this commitment, you will be notified as soon as we see that. We cannot control UPS or the weather.
• We do not honor returns, as most items are custom made. All pre-made items are sold as is.
• Sizes: PLEASE make sure you look at the size charts-we are not responsible for you ordering the wrong size. No exchanges, no replacements, and no refund will be honored due to the wrong size being ordered.
• Replacements of the exact item purchased will ONLY be honored if something happens that is 50 Shades of Slay’s fault.
• If there is ever any concern, or suggestion, PLEASE reach out so we can make our promise and commitment stronger.
